VAT. ### The essentials - **Winbiz** is a complete, proven Swiss business management package: accounting, sales, payroll, inventory, projects and point of sale (POS), since 1992, with more than 50,000 companies claimed. It is paid per access. - **BeMyTalent** starts from a different idea: your accounting almost prepares itself. You drop it in, BeMyTalent prepares, you approve. It is paid per company, with unlimited users. - **Switching** doesn't mean a leap into the void: in a few clicks, BeMyTalent analyses your Winbiz backup and simulates the migration, without writing anything. The price follows your company, not your connections At Winbiz, each access has its own price: CHF 222/month for three accesses, or CHF 192 on the annual plan. At BeMyTalent, a company of up to 10 employees pays CHF 69/month, and adding a person costs nothing. Entry starts from the document Winbiz makes entry easier with predefined entries. A QR invoice needs a separate device: an optical reader such as the PayEye, or a smartphone with the Winbiz app. Without one, entry is manual, a method Winbiz itself calls long and not recommended. For reading invoices, it relies on third-party apps from its store. At BeMyTalent, reading is at the heart of the tool, with no extra device: you drop the invoice in, the supplier, the amount and the VAT are read, the entry is proposed. You check, and you keep the last word. #### 3. A browser is enough According to its help centre, Winbiz Cloud opens in a Citrix session, from the browser or the Citrix Workspace app, after mandatory two-factor authentication. BeMyTalent is a web application: you log in and you work, on Mac or PC, with iPhone and Android apps for working in the field. #### 4. From first contact to payment, in the same tool The CRM and its inbox, the online quote your client answers without creating an account, the mandate, QR invoicing, reconciliation, then supplier payments as pain.001 files validated by SIX: it is all in the subscription, with no module to add. #### 5. A full forecast, in the same tool Winbiz manages budgets by account and compares your statements with previous fiscal years. If Swissdec-certified payroll or a POS are at the heart of your business, stay with Winbiz — sincerely. ### Leaving Winbiz: what takes a few clicks You see what the migration would look like before you decide, at no risk: - **In Winbiz**, open the backup and restore menu and choose the accounting file and the year.
