Quote presentations: new blocks, and a presentation of its own for each quote. Callouts, cards, two columns, a table with status, a button with a QR code and page breaks; bold, italics and links in the text. “Customise for this quote” adapts the presentation of a single quote, frozen once the quote is issued; “Back to the template” restores it.

The Inter font in your PDFs. Choose it in Settings › Invoicing › Font. Presentation pages carry your company name and “Quote No. · Page 1 / 3”.

No more duplicate stages in the pipeline. A project's default stages are now created only once, and existing duplicates have been removed.

Drafts save themselves. Draft quotes, invoices and orders are saved 1.5 seconds after your last change. The header says “saved” or what is missing, and leaving the page saves automatically.

Purchased requests stay valid for 24 months. Instead of 12. The Terms of Service (version 1.7) describe the Assistant and its packs.

Line items hidden from the client. A line item stays detailed in BeMyTalent while being grouped on the PDF and in the email: one line per VAT rate, totals unchanged. The label of the grouped line is set in the “Texts” tab.

Create a quote from a deal. The quote opens with the deal's client already chosen, and “View the quote” takes you back to it afterwards.

The Assistant finds your clients despite approximate spelling. Capital letters, accents or the legal form no longer stop it from finding the right client. When the service is briefly overloaded, the Assistant tries again on its own.

Invoices and journal faster. On large files, the display is more than 2 seconds faster.

Privacy Policy 1.18. It states that the Assistant and voice dictation are processed by Infomaniak, in Switzerland.

Travel: terms are set in the template. Price per km, flat fee, minimum, maximum and round trip are set in the quote template and can still be changed in each quote. New option “Show the calculation”, or just the label “Travel”.

Quote presentations. Add presentation pages to your quotes (cover, process, commitments, image, sign-off), written by hand or with your AI agent, and printed in the PDF. A template can offer its own default presentation.

Wider line windows, in the middle of the screen. In a template, choosing “Travel” opens its window directly.

A new CRM home in three tabs. “To do” gathers cases, tasks, deals to follow up and unread messages, by urgency; “Done” shows the activity, “Figures” the counters and the pipeline.

“Deals” and “Leads”. These words now appear consistently in the menu, the pages and the messages, in all four languages, in place of “Pipeline (deals)”.

Team appointments with Calenoo (on activation). From a case, choose who attends (“all together” or “any one”) and see availability under each time slot. The attendees' contact details appear in the confirmation email.

Assistant requests by plan. Per file and per month: 5 on Free, 100 during the trial, 30 on Solo, 100 on TPE, 250 on PME.

“Fix with the assistant”. When a suggestion (invoice, quote, entry) is refused, a button restarts the fix with the exact error.

Pricing page redesigned. Shorter cards, an “Included in every plan” section, a tighter comparison and the Assistant's requests by plan.

Unlimited users. In every plan and during the trial, your fiduciary included.

Assisted migration. We move your accounting from Winbiz, Crésus, Bexio or Excel, current and previous financial year: CHF 200, 400 or 600 depending on the plan, one-time payment, then you book your time slot. Self-service migration stays free.

Your modules in the header from tablet size. Icons first, then names depending on the screen width.

The BeMyTalent Assistant. A built-in assistant, with nothing to connect: it answers your questions about your data, in writing or by voice, and suggests drafts you create or ignore with one click. It never deletes anything.

Pack of 100 requests for CHF 20. On top of the monthly quota, from a button next to the counter.

The legal form is asked when you activate accounting. Sole proprietorship, simple or general partnership, Sàrl, SA, association or foundation: equity and the labels of the chart of accounts adapt. You can change it later, after seeing what changes.

An “Association / foundation” chart of accounts. Membership fees, donations, subsidies, sponsorship, events and restricted funds have their accounts ready to use.

Donations and subsidies in the VAT return. They are declared in the right part of the return, XML file included, with the input tax reduction according to the chosen method.

Public benefit. An association or foundation recognised as a public-benefit organisation has its sponsorship excluded from VAT.

The invoice sending message, visible and customisable. The default message is shown, in each client's language, and variables are inserted with one click.

Appointments with Calenoo from a case (on activation). Suggest time slots, review the invitation before sending, see the client's availability and confirm the slot in one click. The case date follows the appointment. A Calenoo account is required.

Free trial until the end of 2026. For every sign-up from October to December 2026.

New “Travel” line. In quotes, invoices and templates: the road distance from your starting address is calculated (calculator hosted in Geneva), with suggestions of official addresses, and the price follows your travel terms.

Invoice accent colour. A colour entered without “#” is accepted, and an unreadable entry is flagged under the field.

A “Cases” view in the pipeline. With the quote or invoice amount on each card and the total per column.

Your deals move along with your cases. First contact, quote sent and invoice sent move the deal forward, without ever moving it back or overriding a choice made by hand.

A “Cases to process” block. On the dashboard, with clickable contacts in the recent activity.

Change a case's workflow. The case keeps its number, its documents and its history.

“Prepare the quote” from a case. The client is already chosen, and the quote stays linked to the case.

Agent access keys: reminder before expiry. An email warns you 14 days, then 3 days before a key expires, and one button extends it by 90 days.

The app opens more than twice as fast. The first screen appears in 1.3 s instead of 3.4 s. What isn't shown right away loads only when needed, and an update downloads only what has changed.

Faster public pages. On phones with a slow 4G connection too.

The home page, reworked. A direct menu (Features, Pricing, Contact), languages in a list, and a fixed bar with the apps and “Let's talk about your business”.

Public pages no longer scroll sideways on phones. And their language is now correctly announced to screen readers.

The website and the web app are served from Geneva. By Infomaniak. The Privacy Policy is updated.

A nightly backup, encrypted, kept in Switzerland. A daily check raises an alert if a backup is missing.

The supplier invoice prepares your stock lines. Each item read (quantity, unit, reference, price) becomes a line, matched to your existing items.

A single client base. Each contact is linked to its company's record; duplicates are flagged and are no longer created.

BeMyTalent emails share one design, in four languages. Sign-in, invitations, notifications. The ones you send to your clients keep your own identity.

“Reconnect” Shopify. Without going through “Disconnect”; a failure leaves the existing connection untouched.

Supplier invoices with several VAT rates. Read and posted rate by rate, with exact deductible VAT. If the reading is uncertain, a warning asks you to confirm.

A new fiscal year suggests its dates. From 01.01 to 31.12, or aligned with the neighbouring year.

The Gmail authorisation appears in your language. Warning and consent included.

Quotes, invoices and reminders go out from your Gmail mailbox. As soon as it is connected, with BeMyTalent sending as a fallback.

Access to your connected services is encrypted. Gmail, Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify, Bexio, Odoo: encrypted and tied to your file.

Reconnecting to Shopify works again. Coming back from Shopify after authorisation no longer produces an error.

A “company only” client shows up everywhere. With no contact person, it appears under its company name in the list, the record and the deals.

Workflows: follow each case step by step. Create template workflows (steps, owners, deadlines in business days based on your canton's public holidays), test them, publish them, then start cases from a contact, a quote or a mandate. You can attach documents, you get a daily email summary, and the quote (sent, accepted, declined) moves the case forward. A follow-up to the client is always reviewed by a person.

“Send by email” from the quote. The PDF is attached and the quote moves to “sent”.

“+ New template” from the Invoicing page. Without leaving the page.

“Linked salary”. A quote line can take the cost of a position from the financial plan or of an employee, per hour worked, vacation included.

“Create a new client” always at the bottom of the list. Even when the search finds nothing.

Gmail connection in one click. “Authorize Gmail” no longer asks you to enter credentials. Google's warning, while the app is being validated, is explained before you click.

“Create & apply” validates the reconciliation entries. Like the “Validate” button, and the message says which ones remain pending and why.

Importing invoices from Bexio no longer stops silently. It moves forward in small batches and offers “Pick up where it stopped”.

Commercial register search. The exact name you typed comes first.

Messages and menus better placed on phones. Below the notch, without hiding buttons.

Security improvements. On data access rights.

A quote's client comes from your client base. Or is created with a full record, commercial register search included. “Convert to invoice” carries it over.

A template's forced price. The quote comes out at exactly that price, spread across each line.

The app's server functions run in Zurich. The exceptions are named in the Privacy Policy.

A home page organised by modules. A “Modules” selector everywhere, with keyboard search, and your favorites pinned in the header.

A mandate's invoices, inside the mandate. Number, status, delay and amount, with the totals invoiced, collected and remaining due.

No more duplicate documents. A reminder email carrying the same invoice is recognised as “Already received”, a photo similar to a recent document asks for confirmation, and the same supplier invoice can no longer exist twice.

The same CSV or Excel file can no longer be imported twice. And a stuck import can be cancelled from its page.

Shopify and Bexio syncs without duplicates. When in doubt, the sending is marked “Check in Bexio” and waits for your confirmation.

Wider protection. An opening entry or an expense claim can no longer be counted twice.

Reversing an unpaid supplier invoice removes its payment order. And the same payment no longer goes out twice.

New versions: iOS 1.06 and Android 1.17. New icon, new logo, and the app's latest improvements.

Delete a mandate and transfer hours. Deletion goes through a summary (or archiving if hours have already been invoiced), and the hours you choose move to another mandate.

Invoice PDF. The logo is back, long addresses no longer overlap the table, and invoices without VAT have suitable columns.

No more VAT by mistake for a company not subject to VAT. A draft that contains VAT flags it and offers to remove it.

A single product sheet. Selling price (excl. or incl. VAT), costs, labour and margin in one place.

A product's cost breakdown, in one click. With the share of each linked cost.

A guided path for your sales. Products and prices, Sales offers, Sales forecasts.

Purchase totals count all supplier invoices. Beyond the latest 200, “To process” included.

An unreadable document is flagged as such. Instead of an invented amount; “Re-run the extraction” picks it up again.

Annual prices. Each card shows the amount actually billed, with “2 months free”.

“Send the emails of this day”. In one click from the work queue, with confirmation and a summary.
