Does BeMyTalent replace Bexio?
Yes, for day-to-day bookkeeping (entries, VAT, invoices, payroll, payments). You can migrate your history to the cent, and even keep pushing to Bexio during the transition.
Where is my data hosted?
In Switzerland (Zurich), in line with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nFADP). Full export available at any time: your data stays yours.
Can the AI make mistakes in my books?
The AI proposes, it never approves. No entry is posted without your click. An integrity check runs on your books every night.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial covers your first full month (it runs until the end of the month after you sign up — enough to live through a real monthly close). Afterwards, your data stays readable and exportable, and Planning remains free. To keep doing your accounting, pick a tier — one price, everything included.
How does the migration from Bexio work?
A guided assistant with 3 levels (balances / aggregated history / full detail). You do it yourself, or we handle it for you (from CHF 290).
Is the payroll really complete?
Monthly payslips with AHV/AVS (state pension), unemployment insurance, accident insurance, BVG/LPP (occupational pension), daily sickness allowance, family allowances and withholding tax, official salary certificates (Lohnausweis), pain.001 transfers.
What is Agent Access?
An API key + a prompt let your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT…) work inside your books: it prepares, you approve.
What about my fiduciary?
Invite them into BeMyTalent or hand them the complete exports. The data is already prepared: your fiduciary (Swiss accounting firm) spends their time on review, year-end closing, tax and advice rather than data entry.
Can I manage several companies?
Yes, each company has its own workspace. The second company gets 50% off.
